July, 2022: Inspired from the royal and vintage decadence of the colonial era, The Sahib Room & Kipling Bar at The St. Regis Mumbai is delighted to present a menu, celebrating the authentic flavours of Shami kebabs, available until 16^th July 2022.

Relish succulent meat and vegetables cooked in an aromatic blend of herbs and spices by Indian Masterchef Chef Taj along with his team. Witness his style of innovation and presentation blended to perfection as you indulge in one of the world's most loved dishes. 

The menu features non- vegetarian kebabs such as Hyderabadi Gosht Ki Shami (a very delicate minced lamb patty, shallow fried on a hot plate), Bhopali Murgh Ki Shami (a very delicate minced chicken patty shallow fried on hot plate) and Mahi Ki Shami (a very delicate minced fish patty shallow fried on hot plate). The vegetarian kebabs include Vegan Nimona Khatte Seve Ki Shami (a very delicate minced green pea & green apple patty shallow fried on hot plate). Satwar Aur Chilgoze Ki Shami (a very delicate minced asparagus & pine nuts patty shallow fried on hot plate) and Nadru Ki Shami (a very delicate minced lotus steam patty shallow fried on hot plate).
