This award is based on a poll of 45,000 employees who work for US companies with more than 1,000 employees that was conducted independently.

The IT giant claims to have hired more than 21,000 individuals in the previous three years, and its more than 45,000 diverse and engaged employees across the US work with worldwide teams to support customers' innovation, transformation, and growth, according to a press release from the firm.

With areas spanning from banking and financial services to retail, life sciences and healthcare, manufacturing, and travel, TCS can boast of clientele from approximately half of the Fortune 500 firms.

The business went on to say that by consistently investing in developing talent across the organisation through professional development initiatives and digital skills programmes, TCS has become a top employer and established the industry standard for talent retention.

TCS was recognised in 2023 by Fortune magazine as one of the World's Most Admired Companies, CareerBliss included TCS on its list of the 50 Happiest Companies of 2023, and the Top Employers Institute recognised the company's efforts to hire a diverse workforce and develop the next generation of tech talent in America.
