"Most of our habits and traditions - such as our eating habits, our festivals, the foods that we cook at various times of the year, etc. - are deeply rooted in our culture," she says. "On studying the ancient texts of Ayurveda, it dawned upon me for the first time that there is a very firm, sound, and scientific basis to our habits and customs."
All of Spring Flower Herbals' products are made according to the methods and procedures described in the ancient texts of Ayurveda, such as the Sharangdhar Samhita, The Bhaishajya Ratnavali, or the Ashtanga Hridayam.
