Suresh HP, the global delivery head for LTI Mindtree, has been selected as the organisation's Chief Delivery Officer (CDO), according to an announcement made on Friday by Sonata Software, an Indian IT company based in Bengaluru.

After his appointment, Suresh HP said, “I am excited to join Sonata Software’s leadership team to build a culture of excellence and drive our organisation to new heights. Our top priority is to exceed our customers’ expectations consistently.”

The new CDO will lead the Bengaluru-based IT company's worldwide delivery strategy, enablement, and excellence across all verticals and businesses, the company said in a release.

Samir Dhir, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Sonata Software said after the announcement, “I am excited to welcome Suresh; his coming on board is a significant addition to our leadership strength. With his rich experience, Suresh would enable Sonata to continue building an innovative and trusted delivery org that inspires our clients and team members and delivers high-quality outcomes.”

The company further said in a release, “Suresh has thirty years of experience and has worked in companies like Infosys, Motorola, and, most recently, with LTIMindtree. His leadership experience spans Global Delivery across verticals and practices, Delivery Enablement, Quality, Delivery Excellence, and Digital Practices.”

Sonata Software Ltd is a Bangalore-based provider of information technology services in India. Sonata offers services in the following areas: enterprise services (ERP and CRM), infrastructure management, social media, cloud, mobility, business intelligence and analytics, and application development management (ADM).

The stock increased 2.7% on Thursday and has increased 252% over the last five years.
