Modern chandeliers are becoming more sculptural as they tend to take center stage in living areas. Fluted details are widely prevalent in living areas, especially as wall panels or cabinets.

New design trends are pronounced, especially in kitchens, where tone on tone has supremely reigned over a decade. Bold materials, ornate details, and dramatic colours are returning in kitchens. Quartz has become a fan-favorite material for kitchens, while exotic marbles adorn backsplashes and statement-making islands. As technology continues to advance, the use of smart technology in the kitchen has evolved. This includes appliances connected to your wifi/smartphone, smart touchless faucets, voice-activated appliances, and more. Smart kitchens are not just a luxurious choice; they help save energy, with most smart appliances being more energy-efficient than their traditional counterparts.

Hence, these private sanctuaries embrace earthy and calming colour palettes that lend a comforting quality. Cozy fabrics such as linen rule the bedroom design, yet giving way for a play of patterns such as plaid, stripes, or florals. The design trends in the bedroom are all about wallpapers that add personalization and visual interest to this private space. Also, wall-sweeping windows stretching from floor to ceiling are becoming more common in modern bedrooms.
